Goooood morning everyone, Happy Father's Day~ x3 💚Couldn't resist the chance to upload something simple & sweet for the occasion (surprisingly on time too, no less lol); esp. since yall seemed to enjoy the last batch of family memories I showed with the Fentons in my DP Next Gen-
Here's another lil time capsule with Lilith Fenton in her tiny, chubby-cheeked baby days; the apple of her parents' eyes even with her budding, unexpected-ghost powers popping up on them at times. With the natural precautions taken to keep them at-bay through Fenton-invented neutralizers (safe enough for a baby to wear), it gave her folks more peace to just enjoy the times of her wiggly, snuggly infancy…
Especially, as shown above, the chances Danny could take to gently fly through the night with Lilith safe in his arms… snoozing away without a care in the world~ :3 No matter how tiring parenthood can be on Danny, (let alone mixed with his usual superhero duties) to have this lil one in his life as his baby, after all he's been through… he wouldn't change that for the world~ 🥺🙏💙
(For those curious to learn more about Lilith in my NG, her bio info can be found here~):

Family Reunion
Clockwork sends an adult Danny, newly appointed Ancient of Space, on a mission through time again. Except this time, it isn't located on Earth, but a distant planet he's never even heard of before. Clockwork didn't tell him any specifics on what he was supposed to do or when he was supposed to return to his own time, just to blend in and have an experience. He would know when it was time to return.
Needless to say, he has a blast! His core is bursting with happiness at getting the chance to explore this unknown corner of the universe with a sky full of constellations he's never seen and fascinating locals. Considering he might be here a while, he buckles down and learns all about their culture and their traditions and even eventually learns their language without having to use the two-way translator Clockwork gave him.
He spends decades there, not even having to worry about how he never appears to age, the people here being incredibly long-lived. However, he eventually meets someone. Someone he falls head over heels for. He gets married. He has kids. He watches them slowly grow into adults as well. It isn't until one of his sons informs him that he's expecting his own child(1) that Danny feels a tug at his core.
He ignores it, but over the course of a few weeks, it's gone from the occasional pull to a full-on yank at his entire being, along with a sense of dread that something was going to happen to this wonderful little planet. To his family.
He becomes restless and loses so much sleep, it's a miracle he can even stand. His family are worried for him, but he assures them that he's just feeling a little under the weather. One night, he's sat up in bed, unable to sleep again. His gaze is fixed lovingly on his spouse, but nonetheless sad.
He doesn't miss when all the soft sounds of the night stop and a green glow appears behind him.
"It's time to leave, isn't it?"
"Yes."
"There isn't any way I could stay? I can't bring them with me?"
"I'm afraid not. There are some things that can't be changed or stopped, even when they fall into your domain. I'm sorry."
"Why send me here just to make me abandon them like this? What was the point?"
Clockwork is silent, but when Danny turns to look at the ghost, he's gone.
Danny takes a few more precious days to spend time with his family. Kiss his spouse. Hug his kids. Feel the strong kicks of his grandchild he won't be there to witness the birth of.
The night he leaves, he places a letter on his spouse's nightstand, gently kisses their forehead, and disappears in a flash of green, never to be seen again.
Years later is when Danny gets the news. That the planet Krypton is no more and that his family is gone. He searched the Ghost Zone for them, but he never knew the location of Krypton in the cosmos. Their afterlife is beyond his reach, in a place that isn't even on the Infamap.
He nearly drowns himself in grief when he finds a sliver of reprieve in the form of a news broadcast. An extraordinary man in blue and red with the kryptonian symbol for such emblazoned on his chest is shown fighting off multiple enemies at once. He is the spitting image of his father and Danny as well.
He had a grandson. His grandson was alive.
✦
(1) This was Kara, not Clark. Danny left before he even found out about Kal-El being in the oven, so there will be a misunderstanding at first. Then Kara pops up later, and Danny just bawls his eyes out that he had two surviving grandchildren without even knowing it this whole time. How he first meets either of them is up to you!
(*) What this means power-wise for Clark is yours to decide. As well as what Clark already knows about his grandfather from the stored information his father left him. What his father thought of Danny disappearing without a word is also up for you to decide.

I've been on a hunt recently for good superhero media that isn't in either the Marvel, or DC universes. I love DC, and I am an occasional fan of some marvel stuff, but as a fan of the superhero genre, it's kind of exhausting to try to look for media to watch, and only find the latest Marvel or DC movie/show, with pretty much no other options. They have essentially taken over the entire genre at this point and it's pretty annoying.
I'm just sharing my frustration with this, as well as hoping to get some good recommendations, and maybe recommend some to others. (please do not recommend anything to do with the movie Split 2016) These are the non-DC non-Marvel things I've already seen:
Danny Phantom (My favorite media of all time)
The Incredibles (Both of them. Probably my favorite superhero movies ever.)
Hancock 2008 (great movie)
Fast Color 2018 (I watched this one recently and it was AMAZING. There was supposed to be a sequel and a tv series but neither got made 😭😭)
Hellboy 2004, Hellboy Golden Army 2008 (Very good)
Ben 10, like every season of all the shows. So good.
Generator Rex 2010 (GREATEST OF ALL TIME HOLY SHIT I LOVE THIS SHOW SO MUCH)
Big Hero 6, 2014 (LOVE this one. Technically owned by Marvel, but literally the only thing connecting this movie to marvel is the silly post-credit Stan Lee cameo)
Sky High 2005 (Fantastic, a little silly but I love it anyway. Apparently there was a sequel for this planned as well as a tv series, but both were cancelled 😭 we were robbed)
Zoom 2006 (Meh, The premise was good but the execution was kind of terrible)
Lab Rats 2016 (pretty good, really funny, Leo carried the whole show. I was always confused as to why they just glossed over the fact that the dad raised his three children in confined, isolated pods in his basement....)
Astro Boy 2009 (MY FAVORITE MOVIE EVER IN THE WHOLE WORLD.)
Pretty much all versions of the TMNT (I know, technically marvel universe but they're so far removed from that, barely anyone even knows they're a daredevil parody)
Megamind 2010 (We all bow before the greatness of this movie)
Monsters vs. Aliens 2009 (Love this one)
Cybersix 1999 (AMAZING 10/10 EXTREMELY QUEER AMAZING ANIMATION)
Green Hornet 2011, (Funny, pretty good movie)
The Mask 1994 (LOVE this one. The entire plot basically brings to life the Superhero Mask Effect, where your "true personality" is let loose when you have the anonymity of a mask and superpowers. 10/10)
Invincible series 2021 (LOVE THIS ONE)
Hanna 2019 (Technically not really "superhero" more "superpower" but it has an absolutely amazing story and the best soundtrack ever)
The Umbrella Academy (I love this one but not a huge amount)
All of the Sonic the Hedgehog movies, and most of the cartoons. (Fuckin obsessed with this little blue boy and his orange baby brother)
Honorable mentions: Most of the live action transformers movies, bumblebee was my favorite(and Transformers One), All of the spykids movies, Flubber, Scott pilgrim (movie and show) and Inspector gaget.
I've probably seen more that I'm not remembering, but this is most of them. I've tried watching both Kickass and The Boys, and didn't like either one. Hopefully someone can find this list useful. I should to try to put together a more thorough list of non-DC/Marvel media.

The whimsical atmosphere turns into chaos for the café. Niko watch the ghost sheeps roaming around the café, as if it is their shed. Max quickly grabs a broom stick from the broom closet to shoo the sheeps away, but they won’t budge. “Shoo! Shoo!” Said Max. The sheeps suddenly go up close to Max. A cold sting surges through his spine. Warning him to not made physical contact with them. He takes a few steps back. “Ella, a little help please,” Max asked.
Nergella pouts and rush forward. She stretches and shift her body into a ball of flesh to shape-shift into a sheepdog. She wags her tail and barking at them. The sheeps look at Nergella, getting their attention. Niko opens the door for Nergella and the ten ghost sheeps. Nergella leads the way to the exit door, and they follow her.
Pamela is memorized by the sheep’s wool only to shriek in fear and flee for her life, as if she saw a terrifying monster instead of the starry night sky from the wool, dropping milkshake. The milkshake spilled on the floor, along with the glass cups shattering on the floor into little pieces. The sheep chases Pamela. “Someone saves me!” Pamela cried. Ariel picks up one of the sheeps, that is chasing Pamela, with ease, taking the sheep out of the café. Pamela start hyperventilating, causing Max to quickly come over to her side for reassurance.
Niko sigh in relief, knowing that is all over. All she need to do now is clean up this mess. Or so she thought.
“Niko Seraphina Corduroy-Brock….,”
The ghost-metahuman hybrid’s annoyed expression lessened as she turns to see her boss, Bubbles. “I told you to put the sheeps back into the Ghost Zone where they belong,” Bubbles says. “Now it is more like a petting zoo than a café again.”
Niko sighed and looked down, her expression is unreadable. “I’m really sorry Mrs. Utonium-Pines,”
“Maybe coming back here was a bad idea,” Niko thought.
Bubbles sigh as well, and see Pamela, a employee she just hired recently, pinching her nostril to breath through her nose. These three… They are trying to become better people because of their past, both by other people’s hands and their own hands.
“Max, takes Pamela to the break room. Niko comes to my office, so we can discuss this further.” Bubbles declared. “It’s time we works together to find a solution to this situation.”
Niko and Max both nod, and did as they were told.

Decided to play around with an older design for Etta, and now I have to admit I am getting attached to a joke character But here be Eternity as an adult, getting some more wacky biology under the dress, like needle feet lol. As she grows, her body gets twisted looking similar to Divinity, though in a more bone sharp way. I'll probably do a image to show off her face under the mask eventually. Despite being raised by two villains, I like the idea she grows to be a more neutral, yet very chaotic force in time and space. People can't tell if she has a goal in mind, or doing anything that makes her laugh, maybe both. Either way, she's a very scary individual to encounter, but still retains a lot of her charm and goofiness from childhood.

Then the weight of her tiny body lifted from his lap. She rose upwards slowly and started to make a flip backwards as she flew. Her feet nearly kicked him in the chin.
Danny immediately grabbed onto her, wrapping one hand around her tiny torso and the other behind her neck as he held her still. Her mouth opened as if she was laughing but no sound left her, and her eyes closed in her joy. Later Constantine will say he should have known better the moment he opened the door to see a "harmless" child standing there with an arm still raised mid-knock.
"What." Constantine grumped, glaring bleary-eyed at the scamp that had just woke him up far to early from his hangover nap. (Nevermind that he'd been less napping than fallen unconscious or that it was rapidly approaching evening instead of anything close to morning.)
"Are you John Constantine?" The kid asked, eyes widened like a startled deer at the sight of him.
"Who's bloody asking?"
The kid blinked, face twisting into and muoe of bafflement.
"Me?" He answered pointing to himself with one hand. The wooden boards beneath the teen creaking as he shifted his weight uneasily.
Constantine just gave kid a deadpan glare. That told him bloody nothing. Thanks so much.
The kid shifted again, hefting the strap of his backpack up a bit to resettle the bag slightly more comfortably on his boney shoulder. The bag was visibly heavy and the seams of the fabric creaked and groaned a bit at the movement. Bloody hangovers giving unfortunate assholes like himself bloody superhearing sensitivity.
Constantine clenched his teeth against the agony lancing through his skull in vicious spikes to keep from snapping at the kid. The scrawny berk hadn't done a thing to deserve being chewed out but a hungover brit.
"Fine." He ground out. "Come in."
He stalked back into the darkened living room leaving the front door open wide behind him. If he had to entertain company hungover as shit at least he wouldn't have to do it with the bloody sun trying to gouge out his bloody eyeballs.
The kid followed him hesitantly into the house shutting the door softly behind himself.
"What are you here for?" Constantine asked as he strode into the kitchen and started assembling himself a hangover home remedy. Not a true magical cure unfortunately, he'd let himself run out of those. His past self was a bloody bastard. Fuck that guy.
The kid set his backpack carefully down on the other end of the countertop from him.
"I accidentally removed some kind of magic mind control device from my new adopted dad." The kid started seeming less uneasy now that they were finally on what was the teen's anticipated script for this interaction. "CW said it was too dangerous for us to contain and told me to bring it to you."
Well.
Alright then.
At least he wasn't going to have to clean up some over zealous morons fuck ups later on.
Constantine sighed and held out a hand.
"Sure kid. Give it here and I'll take care of it." He said. Kudos that the kid immediately unzipped his bag and picked up the magical item as told to hand over (bloody hell, he hadn't even noticed the sprog was wearing gloves). "Holy Hell what the bloody fuck is that." Constantine breathed out horrified body locking up in an instinctive freeze response as his face drained and his very bones grew cold.
"Magical mind control" his bloody arse that was a damned shackle.
It looked a bit like a jewelry-fine chain that was blackened and crusted in something like old blood but thorns (long, slender, and sinesterly curved with wicked sharp barbs along their edges) were dotted along it's surface. Even as Constantine stared, the cursed binding rapidly curled around the child's left hand blessed blocked from digging into his flesh by the thick protective gloves the boy wore. The binding writhed across the kid's hand and wrist for several moments before seeming to realize it would never manage to reach his skin and settling on a tight grip instead. As it stilled it began to pulse and throb almost like a beating heart.
"Oh I am never going to touch that." Constantine choked out in a strangled wheeze. The boy startled.
"Wha-but you said-!"
"Yeah, no," Constantine said waving an arm Ina way meant to be reassuring as he took a healthy step back from the kid and the cursed object said kid was holding. "I'm still going to take that thing off your hands and contain for you." Bloody literally. What fresh hell is this. "I just ain't got any kind of gloves or gear that'll make me safe holding that damned thing like you." He explained taking another stumbling step back and bumping into the fridge.
"Oh." The kid said shoulders lowering a bit as he started to relax a bit with the knowledge Constantine wasn't about to just abandon him with that thing. "Yeah, I guess that makes sense." He said nodding slightly, paused, and then frowned slightly. "What are we going to do about this then?" He asked shaking his imprisoned (bloody hell was that thing growing?) hand slightly as emphasis.
Like Constantine could possibly forget they were discussing the nightmare fuel in the room with them right now.
Constantine forced himself to take a slow, deep breath. Calm down. Just calm the hell down. What the bloody hell could he do about this?
He forced himself to take another deep breath.
He felt uncomfortably sober at the moment.
"Okay," Constantine breathed out again. First thing first, there was no way in hell he'd be containing this thing here in his house. He'd never sleep again.
Justice League vault it is.
"Okay," Constantine repeated more firmly, meeting the kid's gaze and gesturing for the boy to follow him. "Let's head to the Watchtower to start. Can't do nothing else until we're there regardless."
The Bat was going to have his arse for bringing a civilian up there but frankly Constantine couldn't bring himself to give a shit.
Not evil?
Danny had never felt so bewildered. The probable concussion didn’t help but he doesn’t think that would change anything really. Pariah Dark had invaded, he had to finish his parents ecto-skeleton suit ASAP just to get enough power to beat him, then in the process of fighting him he had hit Pariah in a way that the impact rippled through him and something had popped out and clattered to the ground.
Pariah had frozen in place, his form wavering, before he completely changed appearance. Then he was practically bawling about finally being free and giving unending thank yous while clinging onto Danny. Exhausted and his brain not computing Danny just let him while trying to understand what just happened.
Danny had later passed out and upon waking learned that Amity was returned back to their dimension and rebuilding. He had been collected by Clockwork and returned to his friends with a note to go see him later.
After recovering for a week he had gone to see Clockwork. He had assigned him a mission to take the item that had controlled Pariah to John Constantine for destruction. He was even given a royal scroll to present to him as proof. When asked why he was doing it Clockwork had been his usual cryptic self. With a sigh Danny asked how to find Constantine and was told to go to the Justice League’s Watchtower.

DCxDP Fanfic Idea: Not My Business
Danny Fenton develops a unique set of skills throughout his life. He knew how to disarm a bomb when he was seven, thanks to his Dad making minebombs in the front yard as a ghost defense. (They only covered humans in ecto-goo, but it was the same concept of not wanting to have it explode on him)
He knew how to fight with a bo-staff only because he had to fight off the meals his parents brought back to life with a broom. He knew how to balance a checkbook, file tax forms, and properly build credit by the time he was ten, thanks to the years his parents ran a business at the kitchen table.
His sister taught him how to charm rude customers with a smile, how to lie without flinching, and how to complete all his assignments on time, despite having only a few hours to do so. She spent a lot of time volunteering, often dragging him along, which allowed Danny to build up his resume with both soft and hard skills he likely would never have thought there was a name for.
Problem-solving, teamwork, communication, time management, adaptability, data analysis, cybersecurity, data entry, and copywriting were the skills that Jazz focused on the most. She all but beat them into his head.
Along with cooking, sewing, basic plumbing, basic mechanics, and budgeting. Jazz was the one who looked for practical abilities.
That left time for his mom and dad to teach him things like forging, combat training, reprogramming everyday objects into weaponry, defending his position before a board for grant money, turning everyday household liquids into knock-out gas, and how to talk his way out of traffic tickets.
Not to mention everything he learn as Phantom.
Danny knew how to verify jewels and gold due to the years spent in the ghost zone fighting off pirates and treasure hunters. Phantom's reputation made him a target for many ghosts who wanted to add his rarity to their collections.
How to command a room, then a town, and finally an army. Diplomatic missions increased in number as he began meeting with the leaders of various sectors within the Ghost Zones.
Really, Danny didn't make a whole lot of sense, if anyone bothered to ask him how he came to this set of skills. The thing was, unlike the rest of his family, Danny was far too reserved to show them off. He edged the line of shyness from a young age, which sometimes bled into reclusive tendencies.
He didn't get anxious from social interactions; he just didn't feel like seeking them out. Sam and Tucker felt a similar way, as they were always willing to talk to a stranger, but they tried to branch out of their safe little bubble to make friends rather than acquaintances. Then the summer between sophomore and junior year happened.
Sam, Danny, and Tucker left tenth grade as plain losers only to arrive in junior with a splash.
The trio noticed that people were staring at them more intensely than they had been before. That they were used to, what they weren't used to was that the stares were not mocking or dismissive.
It was odd, but it didn't click on why that was until winter break, and more specifically, Star's Holiday party.
Ever since the fourth grade, Star hosted the biggest party of their generation. Her parents owned the local fun center, which featured indoor kart racing, laser tag, arcade games, paintball, and virtual reality pods. Everyone tripped over themselves to be given an invitation as she offered a full day and night of free entertainment at the center.
It always ended with wild stories of teenage fun that Danny always wanted to see in person, rather than hearing about in the hallways the next day. Not that everyone in their grade went. The invitation list was super selective (Star's parents did lose a lot of profit for letting their daughter do that)
You either received an invitation from the party girl herself, or you were asked to be a plus one, which was just as much of an honor as it was a symbol of social status among the teenage population of Amity Park.
The trio was never invited, which is why they were already making their way to the student parking lot when Star stood in the courtyard, holding up the scarred envelopes. Inside them was the bracelet that one had to scan at the door of her center to let people in. It was how her father ensured only the agreed-upon guests stayed at that number.
In the middle of making plans for hot chocolate at Sam's favorite poetry slam cafe, Star had run at Tucker's car, practically falling over to knock on his window. Danny had never been so confused in his life as his friend rolled down his window to arch a brow at the girl.
She stuttered her way through a pathetic request for fashion advice that Tucker easily answered in two sentences. Sam snickered as Star seemed unsure what to do with Tucker's lack of interest in her or her popularity.
Ever since Tucker started focusing more on his self-confidence and joined the fashion community, he hadn't been so girl-crazy nor as desperate to get one's attention.
Just as Danny reminded Tucker that other cars were waiting for them to clear the road, Star had pushed three envelopes into the driver's hand and run off with a red face.
Tucker stared at the envelopes in his hands with a wild look that both Sam and Danny shared. They slowly kicked their brains back into gear when an angry honk from the car behind them sounded, and they ended up silently driving the cafe, still in a daze.
Jazz laughed herself silly when they rang her up to ask if she thought it was a trick (Sam was sure they were going to be Carrie-ed), a mistake (Danny insisted Star had gone to the wrong car, but due to the tinting, didn't realize until it was too late). Or a genuine invitation (Tcuker had always been the most optimistic of the three).
"Haven't you three ever wondered why Spectra used emotion-based ectoplasm for her appearance?" She giggled, "It makes people hot. And you guys literally spend all summer in the Ghost Zone during your internships, feeling human emotions while being exposed to natural ectoplasm. You three came back looking good."
That was a shock.
The summer apprenticeships had been a compromise between Sam and her parents. They were growing tired of her not growing out of her "phase" and were threatening to send her to a military camp to straighten her out.
Thankfully, Jazz had stepped in, brilliantly changing their minds into allowing the college student to match Sam up with a well-known friend as a mentor. She even threw Danny and Tucker into her "program" to further show that it was just what Sam needed to stop her from being a troubled teen.
Since only Maddie and Jack knew about Phantom, it took some effort among all of them to create fake websites and legitimate-looking summer programs before Sam, Tucker, and Danny arrived in the Ghost Zone in different vehicles to spend their summers. It helped that Ghostwriter owed them a favor, and he brought the programs to life.
Danny was learning medical practices of various species with Frostbite. Sam was with Princess Dorathea, learning how to govern and manage a large estate. Tucker had taken Wulf up on his offer to join him through the Ghost Zone's wildness, allowing Tucker to experience life off-screen and learn more about animals.
Jazz had said she placed them out of their comfort zones, but with trusted ghosts that could help them build well-rounded characters. At first, it wasn't for them, but the trio found themselves falling in love with their activities.
By the time they came back, they had many stories and exceptional skills to share with their parents. Sam's parents weren't happy she was still a goth, but they did appreciate her newfound determination to connect with them and her interest in running companies like the family business.
Tucker's parents were amazed by the muscles he gained and how he started to limit his screen time. He still loves his tech, but now he was branching out into fashion, helping out around the house, and appreciating animals and nature like never before.
Maddie and Jack watched as Danny grew more empathic while becoming more sure of what to do in stressful situations. Confidence that their son desperately needed had been gifted to him over the summer. He no longer lowered his eyes or slouched, even if his awkwardness lingered a bit.
That apparently made them hot? Yes, it did.
At Star's party, even though the three kept to themselves, laughing and hanging out as normal, people were constantly attempting to talk to them or simply flushing whenever they made eye contact. Danny, Sam, and Tucker all agreed that they no longer wanted to be popular.
They stay firmly behind unbreakable walls even as the party skyrocketed them to the same level of popularity as the A-listers (they refused to join the club). The three were more excited to return to their summer internships the following summer.
By the time graduation rolled around, Danny, Sam, and Tucker had been voted the most attractive and the most likely to succeed. They were a new type of untouchable royalty walking the halls of Casper High.
It came as no surprise that their resumes and internships got them offers from various colleges, not to mention their looks. Jazz, by that point, was still working on her degree at Gotham U, so the three chose to go there.
Danny was studying to become a doctor, Sam was in business, and Tucker chose computer sciences. They had moved into a house that Sam's parents bought for them, allowing Jazz to move out of the dorms into the spare room. Things were going great for a while, living in the big city and being adults on their own for the first time.
Then Danny applied for an internship at Martha Wayne Memorial Hospital in the administrative area- Sam convinced him it would be a good way to get a foot in the door when he applied to medical school. He needed someone to write him rec letters.- And one night, when he was working late on data entry, he happened to see Batman's maskless fall out of a portal produced by a trenchcoat man.
The trenchcoat man carried Batman to the abandoned operating room that had been left behind when they remodeled the place and converted it into offices, followed by the rest of the Bats. Their faces were covered entirely, but it did not hide their worry as they rushed to catch up with the pair.
A woman wearing scrubs pushed through the portal and the group of masked heroes, barking out orders to prepare the room.
There was a magic spell wrapped around the group that typically would have made them invisible, and erase their importance in the mind of whoever looked at them, as if they were from a forgotten dream. Still, Danny's ecto contamination made him immune to the spell, so he witnessed the whole thing.
Huh. Bruce Wayne was Batman. Neat.
Danny figured it wasn't his business and turned back to his two monitors to finish the Excel spreadsheet he was working on. He later left after saving his work, ignoring the fact that he now knew why the operating room had been left untouched, despite having all that technology on standby.
He would get home, mention it over a plate of reheated pizza, while Tucker would be working on an essay due at midnight. His best friend would shrug, claiming his own ectoplasim had made him immune to Poison Ivy's plants- they were shockingly similar to some of the plants Wulf and he encountered in the Ghost Zone- and had seen Red Robin's face after the man had been sprayed in the face and some of the powder lingered on his mask.
Apparently, Tucker's midnight essay writing had given him a familiar, dazed college look of exhaustion. Still, since he wasn't freaking out at the man eating plants, Red Robin had thought him too gone on whatever Posion Ivy how dosed the crowd of hostages with, to worry about his bare face. He had merely moved Tucker somewhere safe, stabbed him in the thigh with a needle, which had been rude according to Tucker, and run off to fight Ivy.
Red Robin was Tim Drake. Neat.
The two changed the subject to a TV show, but eventually Tucker had to focus on his essay, and they fell silent.
The following morning, Sam reported that she, too, had figured out a Gotham Hero's identity by accident. Her ectoplasim contamination had made her an attractive goth, who was approached by a blushing Damian Wayne to ask her to model her alternative style for his art club.
At the offer of a bit of pocket change, Sam had agreed to follow the art club president to a park where a group of teenagers were setting up canvases and easels. They asked her to sit on the park fountain for a few hours while they tried to capture her likeness in charcoal.
During the session, she noticed a change in Damian's movement as he grew more relaxed and his old habits began to shine through. Princess Dorathea had taught her the dangers of the court and how to notice little changes in body language that could keep her safe.
She thought it was odd that Damian moved like an assassin, reaching for a small knife in the same way he wielded his charcoal. It made sense later when she was rescued by Robin on her walk home from a would-be mugging and noticed the same little habits.
Robin was Damian Wayne. Neat.
If three of the many Bats were Waynes or connected to the famous family, it only logically makes sense that the rest were all Waynes too. Double neat.
The only one who was sincerely shocked by this reveal was Jazz, who had not even a hint of suspicion that Bruce Wayne was Batman.
"This is huge!" Jazz gasps, "Don't you guys realize how crazy this is!?"
"I mean, sure," Tucker slowly responded, sharing a confused glance with Sam and Danny. "But it's not really our business, is it? It's not like Danny is in the hero scene anymore."
"Well, yes but come on it's Batman!"
"I don't think Batman even cares about us, much less his Bruce persona. As someone from the bottom of the first class, trust me, the top of the first class doesn't even notice us taking up space. " Sam laughs, shaking her head. Danny hesitates to mention that Bruce Wayne has stopped by his office multiple times to bring coffee for all his coworkers, but figures the man must do that for all his employees.
Miles and miles away in Wayne Manor, Bruce narrows his eyes at the three screens displaying three newly graduated teens covered in paranormal residue. It's possible that they were all haunted and just didn't know it, which was a common thing, according to the Justice League Dark.
After some digging into their background, he found that companies, summer camps, and internships had all been fabricated by an incredible hacker who provided an oddly convincing cover-up for the various skills the trio possessed. Again, the Justice League Dark also stated that it was common, as that was a tactic the Otherworlders frequently used on humans to leech onto them.
Like a gas station in the middle of nowhere that was there and then it wasn't a few days later.
The three weren't experiencing any negative emotions, which meant whatever was haunting them would soon pass, and it wasn't necessary to intervene. Zatanna promised Bruce that everything was fine.
He had some doubts.
So far, the three have been doing everyday things that first-year college students typically do, and yet, Bruce's children have reported seeing the three often in their civilian lives.
Foley worked out at the same gym Dick did and was often at the ramen shop Jason just helped one of his friends open. Manson began spending time at Cass's favorite café and attended Duke's poetry nights as an observer. Fenton, the male one, was literally working a few floors below Tim.
A coincidence?
Or was it something nefarious at play?
Bruce decided to wait and see what happens.

They were gone. Gone. It didn't feel real. How could it? His parents were dead; they were killed by their own invention. How ironic! He could hear Sam saying "what goes around comes around" in her snarky tone. He knows that he should be grieving. But he doesn't feel sad, just numb. Some of Jazz's lectures on shock echo in his head.
Shit! He has to tell Jazz. She is should be in class right now and he knows midterms are next week. She doesn't need to be-
"Phantom?"
Right, he was in the middle of a Justice League debrief when he got the text.
Batman requires him to debrief after he completes a time mission for Clockwork. Something about how is a new member and is inexperienced. Which feels uncalled for since he dealt with world ending events for a whole year before joining the league at 15. And he has been working with the league for two years now. Sure he isn't an adult yet but he has been taking care of himself for as long as he can remember. Much to the chagrin of Jazz. The only thing he needs from his parents now is-
"Phantom!"
"How do you emancipation yourself?"
"What?"
"Would my sister have to know? How am I going to pay the mortgage? Do I get a salary for helping the Justice League? Will I have-"
"Phantom!!"
Danny's eyes snapped up to Batman's glaring. He was just getting in the grove for a good spiral. Belatedly he realized everyone was staring at him with varying forms of confusion and sadness.
"Phantom..." OH no that's Wonder Woman's I have something to tell you that your not going to like but you need to hear it. "Your dead... as far as I am aware, ghosts don't have to pay a mortgage nor do they need to be emancipated."
Jumping up and looking around Danny cheered "OH I forgot to tell you guys! I am not completely dead. I am dead but not completely. I am also not completely alive either. It's confusing in general... I am what's known as a halfa. We are an embodiment of the veil itself, both alive and dead."
Judging by the shocked looks from everyone assembled, Danny did a shitty job of explaining again. Unfortunately for them, Danny has had this conversation one too many times and doesn't want to have it again. So, he decides to bulldoze through any attempts to ask questions and continues.
"Anyways, I do need to be emancipated since my parents just died and I am a minor. There is no way my sister can take me in. She just started her second year of college and-"
"Your a minor!"
"Your alive!"
"Your parents died..."
"I could adopt you."
Snapping his head back to Batman and using the most feed up tone he can muster, he drawls "I have been an orphan for all of 5 mins. You need psychiatric help ASAP."

Barbiefied
dcxdp oneshot
Do you know how Barbie herself is such an icon that she works multiple jobs impossible for regular people?
Well, Danny's like that, but less of an icon and more of an eldritch cryptid—no one's that iconic than Barbie herself—he says.
Nevertheless, Danny after living in Amity Park for most of his life, grew bored and Jazz decided that it would do him good to move out for the sake of his mental health. But the only problem is Danny possesses a serious case of a hero complex.
I guess being a vigilante at the age of 14 has finally caught up to him—oh, well
He couldn't risk leaving Amity Park behind fearing that something would happen if he weren't there to act as the city's unloved vigilante later on, the next day Dani had visited him back from one of her journeys, and then an idea hit him.
So here he is now, with at least 100 clones around the world working interesting jobs or just exploring as he stays at Amity Park, his mind working at maximum speed as he devours every single memory made by his clones, Danny's honestly having a great time. He even gained friends from exploring and Regulars from his different Jobs!
Hal Jordan was baffled, it was the fourth time he had seen this boy Danny this week and it was only Tuesday, he was grabbing lunch at Chipotle and he came face to face with the same guy he ordered pizza from yesterday, his gaze never leaving the boy as he paid quietly and directly leaving the establishment, He must've been tired he thought to himself.
'You're just overreacting it's normal for people to have more than two jobs Hal, great that boy must think I'm a creep ' Hal said as he turned to a corner only to bump into someone.
" I'm so sorry, i wasn't looking-" he cut himself off as he faced the person he crashed into, there again was Danny— the same Danny he just saw not even a minute ago.
"It's alright" Danny said sheepishly. "Don't worry about it, I was also paying attention to where i was walking" and then he was out of sight dashed away from a stunned Hal.
"Danny? what are you doing here" Tim asked flabbergasted as he eyed the black haired boy in front of him.
"Oh- Hey Tim, I work here" Danny greeted casually as he pressed the buttons of the cash register in preparation "the usual?" he asked
"Why?" Tim asked confused,
Danny looked at him with a questioning look "Why what?"
"I mean— why are you working here?"
"For money?" Danny said unsure "I don't have enough to pay my bills and college tuition"
"You intern for me! I pay you." Tim stated clearly offended, he had the right to be, he gave money to interns generously, and alongside that Danny had a scholarship that provides allowances so he's pretty sure the boy in front of him is doing fine.
"Hey, inflation's a bitch" Danny shrugged "So the usual?" he asked again
Tim just sighed and nodded, This is just a problem he'll take care of later.
Little did he know, it was also everyone else's problem.
Constantine was rubbing his palms together nervously as he watched Zatanna chant the few words of the spell.
Just the other day Superman used his x-ray vision trying catch an assailant from a robbery who hid from him hiding amongst the jungle of cement buildings that is Metroplis, then he saw it a giant Lazarus pit that was below the Earth's surface hidden from the world that seemed to have a mind of it's own eating everything in its way including the Earth's core just to reach the surface to create havoc, without the core and its mass the planet will become unstable, and with it approaching the surface it'll endanger the people and environment leading to unimaginable catastrophes, so with no time to lose he immediately sought out Batman who then called an emergency meeting where they talked amongst themselves on how to solve this crisis.
And here he was currently surrounded by heroes that just look as nervous as he was.
Why were they nervous? oh it's nothing their just summoning THE HIGH KING PHANTOM OF THE INFINITY REALMS,
That he only just learned about this guys existence from Deadman and secret out of all people when they were asked why they didn't say anything earlier they said they couldn't talk about the realms without the permission of their king, so with enough pressure from their peers, they looked at each other with a hint of fear and uncertainty in their eyes and took the initiative in going to the infinity realms to request from the king himself, when they arrived before the king he only gave them a scroll that once used either successfully or unsuccessfully it will disintegrate leaving nothing behind to ever contact the ruler again, bidding both of the dead heroes goodbye and to send the message on his behalf.
When they returned back from the realm of the dead Deadman's aura was brighter than when they came in, relaying information and the scroll to Batman which he then passed to Zatanna— Constantine had a feeling Batman didn't trust him to lead with this summoning, but to be fair he didn't trust himself either, so yeah, Zatanna it is.
While they prepared the materials, he noticed Nightwing had made his way towards Secret to ask—interrogate— about Phantom, and Secret who also returned from the realms with a little bit of tension out of her shoulders only looked at the Vigilante and uttered the word "merciful" and then she was gone made herself intangible, along with Deadman.
Turning his attention away from the disappointed bird and onto the Summoning circle, he just hoped that this wouldn't backfire on them after all they only had a single chance.
So here they are back at the present, just in time for Zatanna to back away from the summoning circle as it glowed ominously green the same kind of shade that the pits emitted, suspense and nervousness flooded the room as blinding light came out of the circle temporarily making them look away, when the light finally diminished they faced the king.
There stood a very familiar face, standing between the summoning circle, even with the uncanny inverted colors his appearance was alike.
"Danny?!" Flash jumped, making everyone turn to him.
''Hi" Danny waved casually, in his full royal attire that somewhat looked like a very fancy jester's outfit with the hat getting replaced by a crown that floated ominously a few inches above from his head, a cape that seemed to be a piece torn and sewed carefully from space itself tiny meteoroids that moved inside of it, and a ring that stole everyone's attention with how much power it radiated.
"You know Danny?" Superman asked surprised.
"He's my tailor" Flash replied
"You are?" Green Lantern looked at Danny
"I am" Danny confirmed, with a nod
"How do you know him?" Flash questioned Superman back.
"He's my wife's intern, a little strange but he does his job well" Superman exclaimed
"I'm like right here."
"You're his wife's intern??" Robin said accusingly with a tone annoyance laced in his tone
"I am" Phantom replied smugly like working for Lois Lane was the best thing that ever happened to him, which was absolutely correct.
"Don't you work at Batburger?"
"Yep, but I quit, tried retailing instead"
"How about The Aquarium?"
"There too"
"Even the Zoo"
"Uh huh, I did that."
"And I'll assume that you're also the High King Phantom?" Batman interjected, making everyone fall silent and immediately realize once again who was the person standing in front of them,
This kid in front of them was the King of the infinity realms, the most powerful being that ever existed, the one that struck even the Gods with fear so unbearable to carry.
"Damn, did the crown, ring and inverted colors give it out?" Danny grinned cheekily, and for the first time they ever interacted with him, his aloof and unbothered behavior vanished, what replaced it was something more frightening "Shall we begin?" he asked.
Constantine now understood why Secret and Deadman vanished, with the way his presence screamed capability, authority, and power.
This was Phantom, not Danny. And being away from Phantom was mercy itself.

I've been having a crack idea with Justice League believe that Danny and Captain Marvel are like a version of Hades and Persephone just switched around
The ancients (Clockwork and Pandora) in the background not trusting Captain Marvel due to his connection to the Greek gods due to their past unsavory experiences with them and not wanting Danny to be with Captain Marvel because of that
So the Justice League think that there are a reverse Persephone and Hades they think that Captain Marvel dried Danny up to the mortal plane to be with him for like 6 months instead of it being the other way around and having to drop Danny back off to the realm of the Dead
And the ancients don't make it better with their dramatic mess over it.
But I think that would be so cute and funny for those two to have like a reverse Persephone and Hades type thing front of everyone like Danny talking about how much he misses the infinite rounds and he can't wait to go back
Or Billy when he's being Captain Marvel around the Justice League talking about how he can't wait to have Danny back for the next 6 months because Danny cleared his schedule but they take it as the Persephone and Hades thing
Like Danny's real name is actually Phantom back in the infinite Realms but up on the surface he's called Danny
Just like Persephone sometimes was known as Kore back on the surface before she became Hades wife
Just imagine the the confusion with the Justice League
This is just a great idea!!
Everyone knows the story of Persephone and Hades. EVERYONE. It's a story that's ingrained in the human mind with our mother's milk. Some people think it's romantic, some think it's horrible, because Persephone was kidnapped and literally forced to live in the underworld. The debate about this story is as old as the world and is a common topic of conversation.
And then the Phantom appears in the League's life. Who was very close to Captain Marvel. Too close. It's not hard to put two and two together to get four. Now the question remains how Marvel could love this ghost. Perhaps Marvel loved the Phantom before he died. There are versions, money has been placed, answers have not been received.
And at this moment, the one whom the League has dubbed the Phantom's father appears. Clockwork, time itself.
Phantom: Are you doing this again, old man?
Clockwork: You have a job to do, young man! You shouldn't be here of all places! This world doesn't suit you!
Phantom: But Marvel is here!
Clockwork: Don't say the name of that damned Champion of those crazy Gods!
Phantom: Remind me whose degenerates these are?
Clockwork talked about the Watchtower and the world of heroes in general, which Danny had become completely immersed in when he met Billy. Danny began to shirk his duties and preferred Billy's company. This greatly irritated Clockwork.
The League thought that the ghost was talking about the world of the living. After all, ghosts can't walk freely where living people live. And Clockwork's obvious dislike for Marvel gave rise to certain thoughts. Then Flash jokingly says that the situation of Marvel and the Phantom is similar to the situation of Persephone and Hades, only in reverse. Then everyone looked at him. Indeed. It was very similar to that situation.
Further observations only confirmed this.
Marvel: I missed you so much! *hugs Phantom and laughs* I have so much planned for us!
Phantom: I can't wait!
It was after a long separation, when Danny had to resolve a conflict in the Ghost Zone. It had dragged on for far too long.
The League quietly watched their conversation.
Phantom: I get so homesick sometimes. (Referring to Amity Park, since he had to leave for school)
Flash: Why don't you just go back?
Phantom: It's not time yet.
Marvel: I literally had to drag you out of the underworld to see you.
Phantom: I didn't ask you to do this. You just wanted to steal me.
They talk about the time Billy stole Danny from under Pandora's nose to go to a cafe. They ate apples covered in edible gold.
Phantom: Pandora was so mad then. But those golden apples were really tasty.
Marvel: I had to work hard to get them.
Diana almost faints at that moment. She thinks that Phantom ate Hera's golden apples, which Marvel either stole or earned honestly. Maybe that's why Phantom could appear in the mortal world? Also, Pandora's name dealt her an extra blow. Superman carried her aside so that Phantom and Marvel wouldn't see the Amazon's plight.
Batman: I'm surprised that you, Marvel, have such a strong relationship with the Phantom. You two have complete understanding and harmony.
Marvel: So Uncle Hades' lessons weren't in vain!
Batman: Uncle Hades?
Marvel: Yes. He was my relationship advisor. Aunt Persephone helped a lot, too.
Batman looks at Marvel. Marvel called Hades his uncle, so the theory that Marvel was the son of Zeus is confirmed. Zeus is the son of Chronos, now known as Clockwork. Phantom is also the son of Clockwork. That makes Phantom and Marvel uncle and nephew. Wasn't Persephone Hades' niece? Bruce's head is starting to hurt from all this ancient god stuff. Why can't they just sit on Olympus and drink wine? Why did the nephew steal his uncle to the living world this time and make him his husband?
Marvel: Danny will be here soon~ Danny will be here soon~
Superman: Who's Danny?
Marvel: *freezes, not realizing Superman is there* Th-that's Phantom's name in the underworld. Please don't tell him I blurted out his name! He might get offended and not come to me.
Superman: What's wrong with the name?
Marvel: Phantom just doesn't like it when anyone but me says it. You don't want Clockwork to lock him up for a hundred years for killing you, do you?
Superman: I swear I'll never say Phantom's name again in my entire life.
Marvel: Thank you! You're saving my marriage!
Pandora: *stands in the Watchtower* Where's Phantom?! Visiting time is over! Time to return to the underworld!
Phantom: *flies out of the wall* Do you always have to put on such a show? You could have just sent Dani.
Pandora: You're the royal heir! I can't let you end up in danger!
Phantom: From who? From the heroes?
Pandora: From Marvel!
Marvel: Are you up to your old tricks? I apologized!
Pandora: That doesn't excuse your behavior! I don't believe you, Champion! What happened back then has forever lowered you in my eyes. (Still that incident of Danny stealing from class to go to the cafe)
Phantom: Argh! That was a long time ago!
Pandora: Still! I can't believe that's what Hades told you to do.
Marvel: Persephone also said it was a great idea.
Pandora: Don't steal! Is it that hard not to steal?
Phantom: Okay, enough! This argument is getting us nowhere, again! Let's go Pandora. Marvel, I love you.
Marvel: I love you too!
Pandora:*makes "I'm watching you" sign*
Marvel:*makes "I'm watching you" sign too*
League aside:*silent and afraid to move*
This confirmed that Marvel had stolen the Phantom from the mortal world and bound him to the living world with golden apples. And this was done on Hades' advice. Dinah had prepared a long lecture on dubious ways of flirting and such. She had a long conversation with Marvel ahead of her.
